The origin of EverStory

Founded by Ken Hovley and Monica Wood, EverStory is the result of our deep love for storytelling and the recognition of a gap in capturing family narratives in a compelling way. Our shared passion led us to create a unique approach that makes family stories not only accessible but also exciting and engaging. We aimed to innovate beyond traditional storytelling forms, utilizing modern mediums to infuse these tales with vibrancy and energy. EverStory represents our commitment to simplifying and enhancing the storytelling process, ensuring that family stories are not only preserved but celebrated in a manner that feels personal and dynamic. It’s more than just a service; it’s an expression of our dedication to stories that transcend generations.

Terms and conditions for

Monthly Payment Option

1. Overview EverStory offers a monthly payment option for products and services priced over $1,000. This option allows customers to pay for their purchases in equal monthly installments over a period of six months.

2. Eligibility This payment option is available for all products and services provided by EverStory, subject to the total cost being over $1,000.

3. Payment Schedule

  • The total cost of the product or service will be divided into six equal monthly payments.
  • Payments are due on the same date each month, starting from the date of purchase.

4. No Interest

  • No interest will be charged if payments are made on time each month.
  • The total cost paid over the six months will equal the original price of the product or service.

5. Late Payments

  • If a payment is late, a grace period of 10 days will be allowed without penalty.
  • After the grace period, a late fee of $25 or 2% of the monthly installment amount (whichever is greater) may be applied.

6. Early Repayment Customers have the option to pay off their balance early without any additional fees or penalties.

7. Default and Consequences

  • Failure to make payments may result in suspension of services or cancellation of the agreement.
  • EverStory reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to recover any outstanding amounts.

8. Modifications to Agreement EverStory may modify these terms and conditions at any time, with changes becoming effective immediately upon posting to our website.
